ਜਾਰ ਬਾਚ ॥

ਤਬੈ ਜਾਰ ਯੌ ਕਥਾ ਉਚਾਰੀ ॥

tabai jaar yau kathaa uchaaree |

ਰਾਨੀ ਕਰਹੁ ਨ ਚਿੰਤ ਹਮਾਰੀ ॥

raanee karahu na chint hamaaree |

ਯਹ ਤਰਬੂਜ ਕਾਟਿ ਮੁਹਿ ਦੀਜੈ ॥

yeh tarabooj kaatt muhi deejai |

ਕਾਟਿ ਤਾਹਿ ਤਰਬੂਜ ਖੁਲਾਯੋ ॥

Rani complied and after cutting it let him eat the melon.

ਲੈ ਖੋਪਰ ਤਿਨ ਸਿਰ ਪੈ ਧਰਿਯੋ ॥

lai khopar tin sir pai dhariyo |

ਸ੍ਵਾਸ ਲੇਤ ਕਹ ਛੇਕੌ ਕਰਿਯੋ ॥੬॥

svaas let keh chhekau kariyo |6|
