ਦੇਵੀ ਭਗਤ ਪਛਾਨਿ ਤਿਹ ਲਗਨ ਨ ਦੀਨੇ ਘਾਇ ॥

devee bhagat pachhaan tih lagan na deene ghaae |

Expecting him as the zealot ofthe goddess, she did not let him get hurt,
