ਕਬੀਰ ਕਾਇਆ ਕਾਚੀ ਕਾਰਵੀ ਕੇਵਲ ਕਾਚੀ ਧਾਤੁ ॥

kabeer kaaeaa kaachee kaaravee keval kaachee dhaat |

Kabeer, the body is like a clay vessel or a brittle metal pot.

ਸਾਬਤੁ ਰਖਹਿ ਤ ਰਾਮ ਭਜੁ ਨਾਹਿ ਤ ਬਿਨਠੀ ਬਾਤ ॥੨੨੨॥

saabat rakheh ta raam bhaj naeh ta binatthee baat |222|

If you wish to keep it safe and sound, then vibrate and meditate on the Lord; otherwise, the thing shall break. ||222||
