ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਉਠਿ ਜਾਗ ਜਗਾਇਆ ।

amrit vele utth jaag jagaaeaa |

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਤੀਰਥ ਨਾਇ ਭਰਮ ਗਵਾਇਆ ।

Discarding delusions is equal to bathing at the holy places for him.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮੰਤੁ ਸਮ੍ਹਾਲਿ ਜਪੁ ਜਪਾਇਆ ।

guramukh mant samhaal jap japaaeaa |

Gurmukh carefully and attentively recites the moolmantar.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਿਹਚਲੁ ਹੋਇ ਇਕ ਮਨਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ ।
