ਦੇਵ ਸੁਰੇਸ ਦਿਨੇਸ ਨਿਸੇਸ ਮਹੇਸ ਪੁਰੀ ਮਹਿ ਜਾਇ ਬਸੇ ਹੈ ॥

dev sures dines nises mahes puree meh jaae base hai |

Indra, the king of gods, sun and moon all went to abide in the city of Shiva.,

ਭੇਸ ਬੁਰੇ ਤਹਾ ਜਾਇ ਦੁਰੇ ਸਿਰ ਕੇਸ ਜੁਰੇ ਰਨ ਤੇ ਜੁ ਤ੍ਰਸੇ ਹੈ ॥

bhes bure tahaa jaae dure sir kes jure ran te ju trase hai |

haal bihaal mahaa bikaraal sanbhaal nahee jan kaal grase hai |

kaan sunee dhun devan kee sabh daanav maaran ko pran keeno |

ਹੁਇ ਕੈ ਪ੍ਰਤਛ ਮਹਾ ਬਰ ਚੰਡਿ ਸੁ ਕ੍ਰੁਧ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਜੁਧ ਬਿਖੈ ਮਨ ਦੀਨੋ ॥

bhaal ko for kai kaalee bhee lakh taa chhab ko kab ko man bheeno |

ਦੈਤ ਸਮੂਹਿ ਬਿਨਾਸਨ ਕੋ ਜਮ ਰਾਜ ਤੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਮਨੋ ਭਵ ਲੀਨੋ ॥੭੪॥

dait samoohi binaasan ko jam raaj te mrit mano bhav leeno |74|

ਪਾਨ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨ ਧਰੇ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਸੁ ਕੋਪ ਕੈ ਬਿਜੁਲ ਜਿਉ ਗਰਜੀ ਹੈ ॥

paan kripaan dhare balavaan su kop kai bijul jiau garajee hai |

ਮੇਰੁ ਸਮੇਤ ਹਲੇ ਗਰੂਏ ਗਿਰ ਸੇਸ ਕੇ ਸੀਸ ਧਰਾ ਲਰਜੀ ਹੈ ॥

mer samet hale garooe gir ses ke sees dharaa larajee hai |

Hearing her thunder, the great mountains like Sumeru shook and the earth resting on the hood of Sheshnaga trembled.,

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਧਨੇਸ ਦਿਨੇਸ ਡਰਿਓ ਸੁਨ ਕੈ ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ਛਤੀਆ ਤਰਜੀ ਹੈ ॥

braham dhanes dines ddario sun kai har kee chhateea tarajee hai |

ਚੰਡ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਅਖੰਡ ਲੀਏ ਕਰਿ ਕਾਲਿਕਾ ਕਾਲ ਹੀ ਜਿਉ ਅਰਜੀ ਹੈ ॥੭੫॥

chandd prachandd akhandd lee kar kaalikaa kaal hee jiau arajee hai |75|
