Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:

ਮਨ ਤਨ ਰਸਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਚੀਨੑਾ ॥

man tan rasanaa har cheenaa |

With my mind, body and tongue, I remember the Lord.

ਭਏ ਅਨੰਦਾ ਮਿਟੇ ਅੰਦੇਸੇ ਸਰਬ ਸੂਖ ਮੋ ਕਉ ਗੁਰਿ ਦੀਨੑਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

bhe anandaa mitte andese sarab sookh mo kau gur deenaa |1| rahaau |

I am in ecstasy, and my anxieties are dispelled; the Guru has blessed me with total peace. ||1||Pause||

ਇਆਨਪ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਭਈ ਸਿਆਨਪ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਦਾਨਾ ਬੀਨਾ ॥

eaanap te sabh bhee siaanap prabh meraa daanaa beenaa |

My ignorance has been totally transformed into wisdom. My God is wise and all-knowing.

ਹਾਥ ਦੇਇ ਰਾਖੈ ਅਪਨੇ ਕਉ ਕਾਹੂ ਨ ਕਰਤੇ ਕਛੁ ਖੀਨਾ ॥੧॥

haath dee raakhai apane kau kaahoo na karate kachh kheenaa |1|

Giving me His Hand, He saved me, and now no one can harm me at all. ||1||

ਬਲਿ ਜਾਵਉ ਦਰਸਨ ਸਾਧੂ ਕੈ ਜਿਹ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਲੀਨਾ ॥

bal jaavau darasan saadhoo kai jih prasaad har naam leenaa |

I am a sacrifice to the Blessed Vision of the Holy; by their Grace, I contemplate the Lord's Name.

ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਭਾਰੋਸੈ ਕਹੂ ਨ ਮਾਨਿਓ ਮਨਿ ਛੀਨਾ ॥੨॥੧੧॥੯੭॥

kahu naanak tthaakur bhaarosai kahoo na maanio man chheenaa |2|11|97|

Says Nanak, I place my faith in my Lord and Master; within my mind, I do not believe in any other, even for an instant. ||2||11||97||
