ਰੂਆਲ ਛੰਦ ॥

(Now begins the description of the second Guru) ROOAAL STANZA

ਪਰਮ ਰੂਪ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਮੁਨਿ ਮਨ ਜੋਗ ਕਰਮ ਨਿਧਾਨ ॥

param roop pavitr mun man jog karam nidhaan |

ਦੂਸਰੇ ਗੁਰ ਕਉ ਕਰਾ ਮਨ ਈ ਮਨੈ ਮੁਨਿ ਮਾਨਿ ॥

doosare gur kau karaa man ee manai mun maan |

The sage Dutt, supremely immaculate and the ocean of Yoga, then meditated in his mind on the second Guru sand made the mind his guru

ਨਾਥ ਤਉ ਹੀ ਪਛਾਨ ਜੋ ਮਨ ਮਾਨਈ ਜਿਹ ਕਾਲ ॥

naath tau hee pachhaan jo man maanee jih kaal |

ਸਿਧ ਤਉ ਮਨ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਸੁਧ ਹੋਤ ਹੈ ਸੁਨਿ ਲਾਲ ॥੧੧੭॥

sidh tau man kaamanaa sudh hot hai sun laal |117|

When the mind becomes stable, that supreme Lord is recognized and the heart’s desires are fulfilled.117.

ਇਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਤ ਮਹਾਤਮੇ ਦੁਤੀਆ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਨ ਬਰਨਨੰ ਧਿਆਇ ਸਮਾਪਤੰ ॥੨॥
