ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਕਾ ਬੇਤਾ ॥

braham giaanee braham kaa betaa |

The God-conscious being knows God.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਏਕ ਸੰਗਿ ਹੇਤਾ ॥

braham giaanee ek sang hetaa |

The God-conscious being is in love with the One alone.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕੈ ਹੋਇ ਅਚਿੰਤ ॥

braham giaanee kai hoe achint |

The God-conscious being is carefree.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਮੰਤ ॥

braham giaanee kaa niramal mant |

Pure are the Teachings of the God-conscious being.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਜਿਸੁ ਕਰੈ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਆਪਿ ॥

braham giaanee jis karai prabh aap |

The God-conscious being is made so by God Himself.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਬਡ ਪਰਤਾਪ ॥

braham giaanee kaa badd parataap |

The God-conscious being is gloriously great.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਾ ਦਰਸੁ ਬਡਭਾਗੀ ਪਾਈਐ ॥

braham giaanee kaa daras baddabhaagee paaeeai |

The Darshan, the Blessed Vision of the God-conscious being, is obtained by great good fortune.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਉ ਬਲਿ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਈਐ ॥

braham giaanee kau bal bal jaaeeai |

To the God-conscious being, I make my life a sacrifice.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਕਉ ਖੋਜਹਿ ਮਹੇਸੁਰ ॥

braham giaanee kau khojeh mahesur |

The God-conscious being is sought by the great god Shiva.

ਨਾਨਕ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਆਪਿ ਪਰਮੇਸੁਰ ॥੬॥

naanak braham giaanee aap paramesur |6|

O Nanak, the God-conscious being is Himself the Supreme Lord God. ||6||
