ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੁਖਫਲ ਪਿਰਮ ਰਸੁ ਚਰਣੋਦਕੁ ਗੁਰ ਚਰਣ ਪਖਾਲੇ ।

guramukh sukhafal piram ras charanodak gur charan pakhaale |

Gurmukhs having the desire of the fruits of delight with all love wash the feet of the guru.

ਸੁਖ ਸੰਪੁਟ ਵਿਚਿ ਰਖਿ ਕੈ ਚਰਣ ਕਵਲ ਮਕਰੰਦ ਪਿਆਲੇ ।

sukh sanputt vich rakh kai charan kaval makarand piaale |

They make cups of the nectar of lotus feet and quaff it with complete delight.

ਕਉਲਾਲੀ ਸੂਰਜ ਮੁਖੀ ਲਖ ਕਵਲ ਖਿੜਦੇ ਰਲੀਆਲੇ ।

kaulaalee sooraj mukhee lakh kaval khirrade raleeaale |

Considering the feet of the Guru as sum they blossom like lotus.

ਚੰਦ੍ਰ ਮੁਖੀ ਹੁਇ ਕੁਮੁਦਨੀ ਚਰਣ ਕਵਲ ਸੀਤਲ ਅਮੀਆਲੇ ।

chandr mukhee hue kumudanee charan kaval seetal ameeaale |

Again becoming water lily attracted towards moon, they enjoy nectar from the lotus feet.

ਚਰਣ ਕਵਲ ਦੀ ਵਾਸਨਾ ਲਖ ਸੂਰਜ ਹੋਵਨਿ ਭਉਰ ਕਾਲੇ ।

charan kaval dee vaasanaa lakh sooraj hovan bhaur kaale |

To have the fragrance of the lotus feet many suns become black bees.

ਲਖ ਤਾਰੇ ਸੂਰਜਿ ਚੜ੍ਹਿ ਜਿਉ ਛਪਿ ਜਾਣਿ ਨ ਆਪ ਸਮ੍ਹਾਲੇ ।

lakh taare sooraj charrh jiau chhap jaan na aap samhaale |

Wen the sun rises, myriad stars, unable to maintain themselves, hide.

ਚਰਣ ਕਵਲ ਦਲਜੋਤਿ ਵਿਚਿ ਲਖ ਸੂਰਜਿ ਲੁਕਿ ਜਾਨਿ ਰਵਾਲੇ ।

charan kaval dalajot vich lakh sooraj luk jaan ravaale |

Likewise with the light of petals of lotus feet, myriad suns are concealed.

ਗੁਰ ਸਿਖ ਲੈ ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਸੁਖਾਲੇ ।੬।

Receiving the teaching of the Guru, the disciples have themselves become the house of all pleasures.
