Maajh, Fifth Mehl:

ਨਿਧਿ ਸਿਧਿ ਰਿਧਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਰੈ ॥

nidh sidh ridh har har har merai |

My Lord, Har, Har, Har, is the nine treasures, the supernatural spiritual powers of the Siddhas, wealth and prosperity.

ਜਨਮੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਗਹਿਰ ਗੰਭੀਰੈ ॥

janam padaarath gahir ganbheerai |

He is the Deep and Profound Treasure of Life.

ਲਾਖ ਕੋਟ ਖੁਸੀਆ ਰੰਗ ਰਾਵੈ ਜੋ ਗੁਰ ਲਾਗਾ ਪਾਈ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥

laakh kott khuseea rang raavai jo gur laagaa paaee jeeo |1|

Hundreds of thousands, even millions of pleasures and delights are enjoyed by one who falls at the Guru's Feet. ||1||

ਦਰਸਨੁ ਪੇਖਤ ਭਏ ਪੁਨੀਤਾ ॥

darasan pekhat bhe puneetaa |

Gazing upon the Blessed Vision of His Darshan, all are sanctified,

ਸਗਲ ਉਧਾਰੇ ਭਾਈ ਮੀਤਾ ॥

sagal udhaare bhaaee meetaa |

and all family and friends are saved.

ਅਗਮ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅਪੁਨਾ ਗੁਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇ ਸਚੁ ਧਿਆਈ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥

agam agochar suaamee apunaa gur kirapaa te sach dhiaaee jeeo |2|

By Guru's Grace, I meditate on the Inaccessible and Unfathomable True Lord. ||2||

ਜਾ ਕਉ ਖੋਜਹਿ ਸਰਬ ਉਪਾਏ ॥

jaa kau khojeh sarab upaae |

The One, the Guru, who is sought by all-only a few,

ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਕੋ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਪਾਏ ॥

vaddabhaagee darasan ko viralaa paae |

By great good fortune, receive His Darshan.

ਊਚ ਅਪਾਰ ਅਗੋਚਰ ਥਾਨਾ ਓਹੁ ਮਹਲੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇਖਾਈ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥

aooch apaar agochar thaanaa ohu mehal guroo dekhaaee jeeo |3|

His Place is lofty, infinite and unfathomable; the Guru has shown me that palace. ||3||

ਗਹਿਰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਮੁ ਤੇਰਾ ॥

gahir ganbheer amrit naam teraa |

Your Ambrosial Name is deep and profound.

ਮੁਕਤਿ ਭਇਆ ਜਿਸੁ ਰਿਦੈ ਵਸੇਰਾ ॥

mukat bheaa jis ridai vaseraa |

That person is liberated, in whose heart You dwell.

ਗੁਰਿ ਬੰਧਨ ਤਿਨ ਕੇ ਸਗਲੇ ਕਾਟੇ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਈ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੧੬॥੨੩॥

gur bandhan tin ke sagale kaatte jan naanak sehaj samaaee jeeo |4|16|23|

The Guru cuts away all his bonds; O Servant Nanak, he is absorbed in the poise of intuitive peace. ||4||16||23||
