ਊਧਵ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਕੋ ਸੰਦੇਸ ਬਾਚ ॥

ਯੌ ਤੁਮ ਸੋ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਭਗਾ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਅਪਨੋ ਮੁਖ ਚੰਦ ਦਿਖਈਯੈ ॥
yau tum so kahiyo chandrabhagaa har joo apano mukh chand dikheeyai |
O Krishna! Chandarbhaga has said, “Show me your moon-like face
ਬ︀ਯਾਕੁਲ ਹੋਇ ਗਈ ਬਿਨੁ ਤ੍ਵੈ ਸੁ ਹਹਾ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਟੇਰਿ ਹਲੀਧਰ ਭਈਯੈ ॥
bayaakul hoe gee bin tvai su hahaa kahiyo tter haleedhar bheeyai |
O brother Balram! she has said that without seeing Krishna, she had become greatly worred
ਤਾਹੀ ਤੇ ਆਵਹੁ ਨ ਚਿਰ ਲਾਵਹੁ ਮੋ ਜੀਯ ਕੀ ਜਬ ਹੀ ਸੁਨ ਲਈਯੈ ॥
taahee te aavahu na chir laavahu mo jeey kee jab hee sun leeyai |
“Therefore do not delay and come to listen the voice of my heart
ਹੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਨੰਦ ਲਾਲ ਚਕੋਰਨ ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿ ਕੋ ਸੁਖ ਦਈਯੈ ॥੯੭੧॥
he brijanaath kahiyo nand laal chakoran gvaaran ko sukh deeyai |971|
O Krishna! the Lord of Braja! the gopis have said that happiness be given to them, the female partridges.”971.
ਹੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਨਾਰਿ ਹਹਾ ਨੰਦ ਲਾਲ ਨਹੀ ਚਿਰ ਕੀਜੈ ॥
he brijanaath kahiyo brij naar hahaa nand laal nahee chir keejai |
O the Lord of Braja! the gopis have said, “Do not delay now
ਹੇ ਜਦੁਰਾ ਅਗ੍ਰਜ ਜਸੁਧਾ ਸੁਤ ਰਛੁਕ ਧੇਨੁ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਸੁਨ ਲੀਜੈ ॥
he jaduraa agraj jasudhaa sut rachhuk dhen kahiyo sun leejai |
O, the superior amongst the chiefs of Yadvas! the son of Yashoda and the protector of cows! listen to our saying,
ਸਾਪ ਕੇ ਨਾਥ ਅਸੁਰ ਬਧੀਯਾ ਅਰੁ ਆਵਨ ਗੋਕੁਲ ਨਾਥ ਨ ਛੀਜੈ ॥
saap ke naath asur badheeyaa ar aavan gokul naath na chheejai |
ਕੰਸ ਬਿਦਾਰ ਅਬੈ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਚਕੋਰਨ ਗਾਰਨਿ ਕੋ ਸੁਖ ਦੀਜੈ ॥੯੭੨॥
kans bidaar abai karataar chakoran gaaran ko sukh deejai |972|
“O the stringer of the serpent Kali, O the killer of demons! the Lord of Gokul, and the killer of Kansa! gie happiness to the partridge-like gopis.972.
ਹੇ ਨੰਦ ਨੰਦ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਸੁਖ ਕੰਦ ਮੁਕੰਦ ਸੁਨੋ ਬਤੀਯਾ ਗਿਰਧਾਰੀ ॥
he nand nand kahiyo sukh kand mukand suno bateeyaa giradhaaree |
ਗੋਕੁਲ ਨਾਥ ਕਹੋ ਬਕ ਕੇ ਰਿਪੁ ਰੂਪ ਦਿਖਾਵਹੁ ਮੋਹਿ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ॥
gokul naath kaho bak ke rip roop dikhaavahu mohi muraaree |
“O the son of Nand, the source of comforts and the carrier of the mountain! the Lord of Gokul and the killer of Bakasura, come and let us have your sight
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥ ਸੁਨੋ ਜਸੁਧਾ ਸੁਤ ਭੀ ਬਿਨੁ ਤ੍ਵੈ ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਨਾਰਿ ਬਿਚਾਰੀ ॥
sree brijanaath suno jasudhaa sut bhee bin tvai brij naar bichaaree |
“O the Lord of Braja and the son of Yashodha
ਜਾਨਤ ਹੈ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਅਪਨੇ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਤ੍ਰੀਯ ਬਿਸਾਰੀ ॥੯੭੩॥
jaanat hai har joo apane man te sabh hee ih treey bisaaree |973|
Listen, without you the women of Braja have become helpless, O Krishna! we all know that you have forgotton all of us from your mind.973.
ਕੰਸ ਕੇ ਮਾਰ ਸੁਨੋ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਬਕਾ ਮੁਖ ਫਾਰ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਸੁਨਿ ਲੈ ॥
kans ke maar suno karataar bakaa mukh faar kahiyo sun lai |
“O Krishna! You had killed Kansa and had torn the face of Bakasura
ਸਭ ਦੋਖ ਨਿਵਾਰ ਸੁਨੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਜਨਾਥ ਅਬੈ ਇਨ ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨਿ ਰੂਪ ਦਿਖੈ ॥
sabh dokh nivaar suno brijanaath abai in gvaaran roop dikhai |
O Lord of Braja! forgiving us of all our faults, give your sight to these gopis,
ਘਨ ਸ︀ਯਾਮ ਕੀ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਪੇਖੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਨ ਕਛੂ ਇਨ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਬੀਚ ਰੁਚੈ ॥
ghan sayaam kee moorat pekhe binaa na kachhoo in ke man beech ruchai |
“Because without seeing you, they do not like anything
ਤਿਹ ਤੇ ਹਰਿ ਜੂ ਤਜ ਕੈ ਮਥੁਰਾ ਇਨ ਕੈ ਸਭ ਸੋਕਨ ਕੋ ਹਰਿ ਦੈ ॥੯੭੪॥
tih te har joo taj kai mathuraa in kai sabh sokan ko har dai |974|
Therefore O Krishna! leave Mathura now and come to remove all their sufferings.”974.
