ਮਨ ਮਹਿ ਸਿੰਚਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ॥

man meh sinchahu har har naam |

Irrigate your mind with the Name of the Lord, Har, Har.

ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਕੀਰਤਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਮ ॥੧॥

anadin keeratan har gun gaam |1|

Night and day, sing the Kirtan of the Lord's Praises. ||1||

ਐਸੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਕਰਹੁ ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ ॥

aisee preet karahu man mere |

Enshrine such love, O my mind,

ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਜਾਨਹੁ ਨੇਰੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

aatth pehar prabh jaanahu nere |1| rahaau |

that twenty-four hours a day, God will seem near to you. ||1||Pause||

ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਭਾਗ ॥

kahu naanak jaa ke niramal bhaag |

Says Nanak, one who has such immaculate destiny

ਹਰਿ ਚਰਨੀ ਤਾ ਕਾ ਮਨੁ ਲਾਗ ॥੨॥੭॥੨੫॥

har charanee taa kaa man laag |2|7|25|
