Saarang, Fifth Mehl:

ਬਿਨਸੇ ਕਾਚ ਕੇ ਬਿਉਹਾਰ ॥

binase kaach ke biauhaar |

The false dealings are finished.

ਰਾਮ ਭਜੁ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਇਹੈ ਜਗ ਮਹਿ ਸਾਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

raam bhaj mil saadhasangat ihai jag meh saar |1| rahaau |

Join the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, and meditate, vibrate on the Lord. This is the most excellent thing in the world. ||1||Pause||

ਈਤ ਊਤ ਨ ਡੋਲਿ ਕਤਹੂ ਨਾਮੁ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਧਾਰਿ ॥

eet aoot na ddol katahoo naam hiradai dhaar |

Here and hereafter, you shall never waver; enshrine the Naam, the Name of the Lord, within your heart.

ਗੁਰ ਚਰਨ ਬੋਹਿਥ ਮਿਲਿਓ ਭਾਗੀ ਉਤਰਿਓ ਸੰਸਾਰ ॥੧॥

gur charan bohith milio bhaagee utario sansaar |1|

The boat of the Guru's Feet is found by great good fortune; it shall carry you across the world-ocean. ||1||

ਜਲਿ ਥਲਿ ਮਹੀਅਲਿ ਪੂਰਿ ਰਹਿਓ ਸਰਬ ਨਾਥ ਅਪਾਰ ॥

jal thal maheeal poor rahio sarab naath apaar |

The Infinite Lord is totally permeating and pervading the water, the land and the sky.

ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਪੀਉ ਨਾਨਕ ਆਨ ਰਸ ਸਭਿ ਖਾਰ ॥੨॥੯੬॥੧੧੯॥

har naam amrit peeo naanak aan ras sabh khaar |2|96|119|

Drink in the Ambrosial Nectar of the Lord's Name; O Nanak, all other tastes are bitter. ||2||96||119||
