Aasaa:

ਜਉ ਮੈ ਰੂਪ ਕੀਏ ਬਹੁਤੇਰੇ ਅਬ ਫੁਨਿ ਰੂਪੁ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥

jau mai roop kee bahutere ab fun roop na hoee |

In the past, I have taken many forms, but I shall not take form again.

ਤਾਗਾ ਤੰਤੁ ਸਾਜੁ ਸਭੁ ਥਾਕਾ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਬਸਿ ਹੋਈ ॥੧॥

taagaa tant saaj sabh thaakaa raam naam bas hoee |1|

The strings and wires of the musical instrument are worn out, and I am in the power of the Lord's Name. ||1||

ਅਬ ਮੋਹਿ ਨਾਚਨੋ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥

ab mohi naachano na aavai |

Now, I no longer dance to the tune.

ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨੁ ਮੰਦਰੀਆ ਨ ਬਜਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

meraa man mandareea na bajaavai |1| rahaau |

My mind no longer beats the drum. ||1||Pause||

ਕਾਮੁ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਮਾਇਆ ਲੈ ਜਾਰੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਗਾਗਰਿ ਫੂਟੀ ॥

kaam krodh maaeaa lai jaaree trisanaa gaagar foottee |

I have burnt away sexual desire, anger and attachment to Maya, and the pitcher of my desires has burst.

ਕਾਮ ਚੋਲਨਾ ਭਇਆ ਹੈ ਪੁਰਾਨਾ ਗਇਆ ਭਰਮੁ ਸਭੁ ਛੂਟੀ ॥੨॥

kaam cholanaa bheaa hai puraanaa geaa bharam sabh chhoottee |2|

The gown of sensuous pleasures is worn out, and all my doubts have been dispelled. ||2||

ਸਰਬ ਭੂਤ ਏਕੈ ਕਰਿ ਜਾਨਿਆ ਚੂਕੇ ਬਾਦ ਬਿਬਾਦਾ ॥

sarab bhoot ekai kar jaaniaa chooke baad bibaadaa |

I look upon all beings alike, and my conflict and strife are ended.

ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਮੈ ਪੂਰਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਭਏ ਰਾਮ ਪਰਸਾਦਾ ॥੩॥੬॥੨੮॥

keh kabeer mai pooraa paaeaa bhe raam parasaadaa |3|6|28|

Says Kabeer, when the Lord showed His Favor, I obtained Him, the Perfect One. ||3||6||28||
