ਸ੍ਰਉਨਤ ਤਰੰਗਨੀ ਉਠਤ ਕੋਪਿ ਬਲ ਬੀਰ ਮਾਰਿ ਮਾਰਿ ਤੀਰ ਰਿਪੁ ਖੰਡ ਕੀਏ ਰਨ ਮੈ ॥

sraunat taranganee utthat kop bal beer maar maar teer rip khandd kee ran mai |

By discharging arrows, the enemies are being chopped into bits in the battlefield and the streams of blood are flowing

ਬਾਜ ਗਜ ਮਾਰੇ ਰਥੀ ਬ੍ਰਿਥੀ ਕਰਿ ਡਾਰੇ ਕੇਤੇ ਪੈਦਲ ਬਿਦਾਰੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੈਸੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਗ ਬਨ ਮੈ ॥

baaj gaj maare rathee brithee kar ddaare kete paidal bidaare singh jaise mrig ban mai |

The elephants and horses have been killed, the charioteers have been deprived of their chariots and the men on foot have been killed just as a lion kills the deer in the forest

ਜੈਸੇ ਸਿਵ ਕੋਪ ਕੈ ਜਗਤ ਜੀਵ ਮਾਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਲੈ ਤੈਸੇ ਹਰਿ ਅਰਿ ਯੌ ਸੰਘਾਰੇ ਆਈ ਮਨ ਮੈ ॥

jaise siv kop kai jagat jeev maar pralai taise har ar yau sanghaare aaee man mai |

Just as Shiva destroys the beings at the time of dissolution, in the same manner Krishna has destroyed the enemies

ਏਕ ਮਾਰਿ ਡਾਰੇ ਏਕ ਘਾਇ ਛਿਤਿ ਪਾਰੇ ਏਕ ਤ੍ਰਸੇ ਏਕ ਹਾਰੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਤਾਕਤ ਨ ਤਨ ਮੈ ॥੧੦੫੪॥

ek maar ddaare ek ghaae chhit paare ek trase ek haare jaa ke taakat na tan mai |1054|
