ਘਾਇਲ ਘੂਮਤ ਕੋਟਿ ਜਾਇ ਪੁਕਾਰੇ ਸੁੰਭ ਪੈ ॥

ghaaeil ghoomat kott jaae pukaare sunbh pai |

Millions of demons, wounded and writhing went to supplicate before the king Sumbh,

ਮਾਰੇ ਦੇਵੀ ਘੋਟਿ ਸੁਭਟ ਕਟਕ ਕੇ ਬਿਕਟ ਅਤਿ ॥੧੧੭॥
