ਤੁਮਰੋ ਕਰੋ ਇਲਾਜ ਨ ਹਾਸੀ ਜਾਨਿਯੋ ॥

tumaro karo ilaaj na haasee jaaniyo |

ਰੋਗ ਹੇਤ ਅਨੁਸਰੌ ਬੁਰੈ ਮਤਿ ਮਾਨਿਯੋ ॥

rog het anusarau burai mat maaniyo |

‘One should not refrain the treatment must match the disease and one should not desist.

ਬੈਦ ਧਾਇ ਗੁਰ ਮਿਤ ਤੇ ਭੇਦ ਦੁਰਾਇਯੈ ॥

baid dhaae gur mit te bhed duraaeiyai |

‘One should not keep ailment in secret from a vaid, a midwife, a guru and a friend.

ਹੋ ਕਹੌ ਕਵਨ ਕੇ ਆਗੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਥਾ ਜਨਾਇਯੈ ॥੭॥

ho kahau kavan ke aage brithaa janaaeiyai |7|
