ਕਹਿਯੋ ਤਿਹਾਰੋ ਮਾਨਿ ਭੋਗ ਤੋਸੋ ਕ︀ਯੋਨ ਕਰਿਯੈ ॥

kahiyo tihaaro maan bhog toso kayon kariyai |

‘Just because you say, why should I have sex with you?

ਘੋਰ ਨਰਕ ਕੇ ਬੀਚ ਜਾਇ ਪਰਬੇ ਤੇ ਡਰਿਯੈ ॥

ghor narak ke beech jaae parabe te ddariyai |

‘I am afraid of being put in the hell.

ਤਬ ਆਲਿੰਗਨ ਕਰੇ ਧਰਮ ਅਰਿ ਕੈ ਮੁਹਿ ਗਹਿ ਹੈ ॥

tab aalingan kare dharam ar kai muhi geh hai |

‘To copulate with you is like disowning the righteousness,

ਹੋ ਅਤਿ ਅਪਜਸ ਕੀ ਕਥਾ ਜਗਤ ਮੋ ਕੌ ਨਿਤਿ ਕਹਿ ਹੈ ॥੨੫॥

ho at apajas kee kathaa jagat mo kau nit keh hai |25|

And my story will go around the whole world.(25)

ਚਲੈ ਨਿੰਦ ਕੀ ਕਥਾ ਬਕਤ੍ਰ ਕਸ ਤਿਸੈ ਦਿਖੈਹੋ ॥

chalai nind kee kathaa bakatr kas tisai dikhaiho |

ਧਰਮ ਰਾਜ ਕੀ ਸਭਾ ਜ੍ਵਾਬ ਕੈਸੇ ਕਰਿ ਦੈਹੌ ॥

dharam raaj kee sabhaa jvaab kaise kar daihau |

‘How would I show my face to the Lord of Righteousness?

ਛਾਡਿ ਯਰਾਨਾ ਬਾਲ ਖ︀ਯਾਲ ਹਮਰੇ ਨਹਿ ਪਰਿਯੈ ॥

chhaadd yaraanaa baal khayaal hamare neh pariyai |

‘Lady, you better forsake the thought of my friendship,

ਕਹੀ ਸੁ ਹਮ ਸੋ ਕਹੀ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਯਹ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਨ ਕਰਿਯੈ ॥੨੬॥

kahee su ham so kahee bahur yeh kahiyo na kariyai |26|

‘You have said enough and, now, forget to talk more.’(26)

ਨੂਪ ਕੁਅਰਿ ਯੌ ਕਹੀ ਭੋਗ ਮੋ ਸੌ ਪਿਯ ਕਰਿਯੈ ॥

noop kuar yau kahee bhog mo sau piy kariyai |

ਪਰੇ ਨ ਨਰਕ ਕੇ ਬੀਚ ਅਧਿਕ ਚਿਤ ਮਾਹਿ ਨ ਡਰਿਯੈ ॥

pare na narak ke beech adhik chit maeh na ddariyai |

Anoop Kumari said, ‘If you, my love, have sex with me,

ਨਿੰਦ ਤਿਹਾਰੀ ਲੋਗ ਕਹਾ ਕਰਿ ਕੈ ਮੁਖ ਕਰਿ ਹੈ ॥

nind tihaaree log kahaa kar kai mukh kar hai |

‘You will not be thrown in the hell. Don’t be scared.

ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਤਿਹਾਰੇ ਸੌ ਸੁ ਅਧਿਕ ਚਿਤ ਭੀਤਰ ਡਰਿ ਹੈ ॥੨੭॥

traas tihaare sau su adhik chit bheetar ddar hai |27|

‘How could people tattle about you when they are so afraid of you.(27)

ਤੌ ਕਰਿ ਹੈ ਕੋਊ ਨਿੰਦ ਕਛੂ ਜਬ ਭੇਦ ਲਹੈਂਗੇ ॥

tau kar hai koaoo nind kachhoo jab bhed lahainge |

Also they would talk only if they learn about the secret.

ਜੌ ਲਖਿ ਹੈ ਕੋਊ ਬਾਤ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਤੋ ਮੋਨਿ ਰਹੈਂਗੇ ॥

jau lakh hai koaoo baat traas to mon rahainge |

‘Even if one learns, fearful of you, will keep quiet.

ਆਜੁ ਹਮਾਰੇ ਸਾਥ ਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਰੁਚਿ ਸੌ ਰਤਿ ਕਰਿਯੈ ॥

aaj hamaare saath mitr ruch sau rat kariyai |

‘You must make up your mind to sleep with me today,

ਹੋ ਨਾਤਰ ਛਾਡੌ ਟਾਗ ਤਰੇ ਅਬਿ ਹੋਇ ਨਿਕਰਿਯੈ ॥੨੮॥

ho naatar chhaaddau ttaag tare ab hoe nikariyai |28|

‘Or, alternatively, you crawl through my legs.’(28)

ਟਾਗ ਤਰੇ ਸੋ ਜਾਇ ਕੇਲ ਕੈ ਜਾਹਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥

ttaag tare so jaae kel kai jaeh na aavai |

(Raja,) ‘Only that one crawls through the legs who is unable to indulge in sex,

ਬੈਠਿ ਨਿਫੂੰਸਕ ਰਹੈ ਰੈਨਿ ਸਿਗਰੀ ਨ ਬਜਾਵੈ ॥

baitth nifoonsak rahai rain sigaree na bajaavai |

And remains sitting whole night like a eunuch and does not perform.

ਬਧੇ ਧਰਮ ਕੇ ਮੈ ਨ ਭੋਗ ਤੁਹਿ ਸਾਥ ਕਰਤ ਹੋ ॥

badhe dharam ke mai na bhog tuhi saath karat ho |

‘Being prevailed by the righteousness I will not copulate with you.

ਜਗ ਅਪਜਸ ਕੇ ਹੇਤ ਅਧਿਕ ਚਿਤ ਬੀਚ ਡਰਤ ਹੋ ॥੨੯॥

jag apajas ke het adhik chit beech ddarat ho |29|

‘I am always fearful of the criticism of the public.(29)

ਕੋਟਿ ਜਤਨ ਤੁਮ ਕਰੋ ਭਜੇ ਬਿਨੁ ਤੋਹਿ ਨ ਛੋਰੋ ॥

kott jatan tum karo bhaje bin tohi na chhoro |

(She,) ‘Do whatever you may, but I will never leave you without sex.

ਗਹਿ ਆਪਨ ਕਰ ਆਜੁ ਸਗਰ ਤੋ ਕੋ ਨਿਸ ਭੋਰੋ ॥

geh aapan kar aaj sagar to ko nis bhoro |

‘With my own hands 1 will tear you off,

ਮੀਤ ਤਿਹਾਰੇ ਹੇਤ ਕਾਸਿ ਕਰਵਤ ਹੂੰ ਲੈਹੋ ॥

meet tihaare het kaas karavat hoon laiho |

And, then, get myself sawn through at Kanshi and, would even face

ਹੋ ਧਰਮਰਾਜ ਕੀ ਸਭਾ ਜ੍ਵਾਬ ਠਾਢੀ ਹ੍ਵੈ ਦੈਹੋ ॥੩੦॥

ho dharamaraaj kee sabhaa jvaab tthaadtee hvai daiho |30|

The Lord of Righteousness in his court.(30)

ਆਜੁ ਪਿਯਾ ਤਵ ਸੰਗ ਸੇਜੁ ਰੁਚਿ ਮਾਨ ਸੁਹੈਹੋ ॥

aaj piyaa tav sang sej ruch maan suhaiho |

‘Oh my love, I have sworn to bed with you, and

ਮਨ ਭਾਵਤ ਕੋ ਭੋਗ ਰੁਚਿਤ ਚਿਤ ਮਾਹਿ ਕਮੈਹੋ ॥

man bhaavat ko bhog ruchit chit maeh kamaiho |

‘Fully satisfy myself carnally.

ਆਜੁ ਸੁ ਰਤਿ ਸਭ ਰੈਨਿ ਭੋਗ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਤਵ ਕਰਿਹੋ ॥

aaj su rat sabh rain bhog sundar tav kariho |

‘Tonight, through sex I will make you look more handsome,

ਸਿਵ ਬੈਰੀ ਕੋ ਦਰਪ ਸਕਲ ਮਿਲਿ ਤੁਮੈ ਪ੍ਰਹਰਿਹੋ ॥੩੧॥

siv bairee ko darap sakal mil tumai prahariho |31|

And will make Cupid to lose his pride too.’(31)
