vaahiguroo jeeo haazar naazar hai |

Waaheguru is Omnipresent

ਹਕ ਪਰਵਰ ਹਕ ਕੇਸ਼ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।

hak paravar hak kesh guroo karataa har raae |

Guru Kartaa Har Raaye was the nourisher and the anchor for truth;

ਸੁਲਤਾਨ ਹਮ ਦਰਵੇਸ਼ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।੮੭।

sulataan ham daravesh guroo karataa har raae |87|

He was royalty as well as a mendicant. (87)

ਫ਼ਯਾਜ਼ੁਲ ਦਾਰੈਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।

fayaazul daarain guroo karataa har raae |

Guru Har Rai is the bewtower for both the worlds,

ਸਰਵਰਿ ਕੌਨਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।੮੮।

saravar kauanan guroo karataa har raae |88|

Guru Kartaa Har Rai is the chief of both this and the next worlds. (88)

ਹਕ ਵਾਸਫ਼ਿ ਅਕਰਾਮ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।

hak vaasaf akaraam guroo karataa har raae |

Even the Akaalpurakh is a connoisseur of the boons granted by Guru Har Rai,

ਖਾਸਾਂ ਹਮਾ ਬਰ ਕਾਮ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।੮੯।

khaasaan hamaa bar kaam guroo karataa har raae |89|

All special persons become successful only because of Guru Har Rai (89)

ਸ਼ਹਨਸ਼ਾਹਿ ਹੱਕ ਨਸਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।

shahanashaeh hak nasak guroo karataa har raae |

The discourses of Guru Har Rai are the royalty of 'truth',

ਫ਼ਰਮਾ-ਦਿਹੇ ਨਹੁ ਤਬਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।੯੦।

faramaadihe nahu tabak guroo karataa har raae |90|

And, Guru Har Rai is commanding all the nine skies. (90)

ਗਰਦਨ-ਜ਼ਨਿ ਸਰਕਸ਼ਾਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।

garadanazan sarakashaan guroo karataa har raae |

Guru Kartaa Har Rai is the one to sever the heads of the rebels and arrogant tyrants (from their bodies),

ਯਾਰਿ ਮੁਤਜ਼ਰੱਆਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ।੯੧।

yaar mutazaraan guroo karataa har raae |91|

On the other hand, He is the friend and support of the helpless and the destitute, (91)
