ਆਈ ਫੇਰ ਭਵਾਨੀ ਖਬਰੀ ਪਾਈਆ ॥

aaee fer bhavaanee khabaree paaeea |

The demons hear the news that the goddess Bhavani has come again.

ਦੈਤ ਵਡੇ ਅਭਿਮਾਨੀ ਹੋਏ ਏਕਠੇ ॥

dait vadde abhimaanee hoe ekatthe |

The highly egoist demons gathered together.

ਲੋਚਨ ਧੂਮ ਗੁਮਾਨੀ ਰਾਇ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ॥

lochan dhoom gumaanee raae bulaaeaa |

The king Sumbh sent for the egoist Lochan Dhum.

ਜਗ ਵਿਚ ਵਡਾ ਦਾਨੋ ਆਪ ਕਹਾਇਆ ॥

jag vich vaddaa daano aap kahaaeaa |
