ਯਾ ਹੀ ਕੇ ਸੰਗਿ ਸੁਨੋ ਮਿਲ ਕੈ ਹਮ ਕੁੰਜ ਗਲੀਨ ਮੈ ਖੇਲ ਮਚਾਯੋ ॥

yaa hee ke sang suno mil kai ham kunj galeen mai khel machaayo |

O friend! listen, with the same Krishna we have been absorbed in the much-publicised amorous play in the alcoves

ਗਾਵਤ ਭਯੋ ਸੋਊ ਠਉਰ ਤਹਾ ਹਮ ਹੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੈ ਤਹ ਮੰਗਲ ਗਾਯੋ ॥

gaavat bhayo soaoo tthaur tahaa ham hoon mil kai teh mangal gaayo |

Wherever he used to sing, we also sang songs of praise with him

ਸੋ ਬ੍ਰਿਜ ਤ︀ਯਾਗਿ ਗਯੋ ਮਥੁਰਾ ਇਨ ਗ੍ਵਾਰਨ ਤੇ ਮਨੂਆ ਉਚਟਾਯੋ ॥

so brij tayaag gayo mathuraa in gvaaran te manooaa uchattaayo |

The mind of that Krishna has become inattentive towards these gopis and having relinquished Braja, he has gone to Matura

ਯੌ ਕਹਿ ਊਧਵ ਸੋ ਤਿਨ ਟੇਰਿ ਹਹਾ ਹਮਰੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਹਿ ਸ︀ਯਾਮ ਨ ਆਯੋ ॥੯੨੬॥

yau keh aoodhav so tin tter hahaa hamare grihi sayaam na aayo |926|

They said all these things, looking towards Udhava and also said regretting that Krishna had not come to their homes again.926.
