ਬਿਸਨਪਦ ॥ ਸਾਰੰਗ ॥ ਤ੍ਵਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥

SARANG VISHNUPADA. BY THY GRACE

ਕਛੂ ਬਰ ਮਾਗਹੁ ਪੂਤ ਸਯਾਨੇ ॥

kachhoo bar maagahu poot sayaane |

“O son! ask for a boon

ਭੂਤ ਭਵਿਖ ਨਹੀ ਤੁਮਰੀ ਸਰ ਸਾਧ ਚਰਿਤ ਹਮ ਜਾਨੇ ॥

bhoot bhavikh nahee tumaree sar saadh charit ham jaane |

No one has practised austerities like you in the past and there will also be none in the future

ਜੋ ਬਰਦਾਨ ਚਹੋ ਸੋ ਮਾਗੋ ਸਬ ਹਮ ਤੁਮੈ ਦਿਵਾਰ ॥

jo baradaan chaho so maago sab ham tumai divaar |

“You may ask for anything, I shall grant the same

ਕੰਚਨ ਰਤਨ ਬਜ੍ਰ ਮੁਕਤਾਫਲ ਲੀਜਹਿ ਸਕਲ ਸੁ ਧਾਰ ॥੮੮॥

kanchan ratan bajr mukataafal leejeh sakal su dhaar |88|

I shall bestow on you the gold, Vajra, the fruit of salvation or anything else, I shall bestow the same on you.”14.88.
