ਜਬ ਤਾ ਕੋ ਜੀਵਤ ਸੁਨ︀ਯੋ ਰਾਨੀ ਸ੍ਰਵਨਨ ਮਾਹਿ ॥

jab taa ko jeevat sunayo raanee sravanan maeh |

When Rani heard that he had escaped with his life,

ਯਾ ਦਿਨ ਸੋ ਸੁਖ ਜਗਤ ਮੈ ਕਹਿਯੋ ਕਹੂੰ ਕੋਊ ਨਾਹਿ ॥੧੭॥

yaa din so sukh jagat mai kahiyo kahoon koaoo naeh |17|
