ਫਲਤ ਆਪਨੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਯਾ ਮੈ ਭੇਦ ਨ ਕੋਇ ॥

falat aapanee bhaavanaa yaa mai bhed na koe |

Whatever one would wish for, one would get it accomplished

ਭਲੋ ਭਲੋ ਕੋ ਹੋਤ ਹੈ ਬੁਰੋ ਬੁਰੇ ਕੋ ਹੋਇ ॥੭॥

bhalo bhalo ko hot hai buro bure ko hoe |7|

Whether it was good, bad or in any other form.(7)

ਚੇਤ੍ਰ ਅਸਟਮੀ ਕੇ ਦਿਵਸ ਉਤਸਵ ਤਿਹ ਠਾ ਹੋਇ ॥

chetr asattamee ke divas utasav tih tthaa hoe |

On the Ash tmi day of the month of Chet (Marchi April) there would be held a festival,

ਊਚ ਨੀਚ ਰਾਜਾ ਪ੍ਰਜਾ ਰਹੈ ਨ ਘਰ ਮੈ ਕੋਇ ॥੮॥

aooch neech raajaa prajaa rahai na ghar mai koe |8|

And none, the high, the low, the ruler and the subject, would stay back at home.(8)
