ਯੌ ਸੁਨ ਕੈ ਤਿਹ ਬੈਨ ਕੋ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ ਬੋਲਿਓ ਰਿਸ ਖਾਇ ॥

yau sun kai tih bain ko nrip bolio ris khaae |

ਜੋ ਹਮ ਤੇ ਭਜਿ ਜਾਇ ਤਿਹ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੂਧ ਅਪਾਇ ॥੧੪੬੮॥

jo ham te bhaj jaae tih maataa doodh apaae |1468|

Hearing these words, the king spoke in anger, “He, who goes away safe from me, may consider that he has released himself from the bondage of milk of his mother.”1468.

ਏਕੁ ਬੈਨ ਸੁਨਿ ਦਾਨਵੀ ਸੈਨ ਪਰੀ ਸਬ ਧਾਇ ॥

ek bain sun daanavee sain paree sab dhaae |

ਚਹੂੰ ਓਰ ਘੇਰਿਓ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਖੇਤ ਬਾਰ ਕੀ ਨਿਆਇ ॥੧੪੬੯॥

chahoon or gherio nripat khet baar kee niaae |1469|

Hearing these words, the demon army fell upon the king and besieged him all the four sides like the fence of the field.1469.
