Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent is Your Name.

ਝੂਠੁ ਝੂਠੁ ਝੂਠੁ ਝੂਠੁ ਦੁਨੀ ਗੁਮਾਨੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

jhootth jhootth jhootth jhootth dunee gumaan |1| rahaau |

False, false, false, false is pride in the world. ||1||Pause||

ਨਗਜ ਤੇਰੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੀਦਾਰੁ ਅਪਾਰੁ ॥

nagaj tere bande deedaar apaar |

The glorious vision of Your slaves, O Infinite Lord, is wonderful and beauteous.

ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ ਸਭ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਛਾਰੁ ॥੧॥

naam binaa sabh duneea chhaar |1|

Without the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the whole world is just ashes. ||1||

ਅਚਰਜੁ ਤੇਰੀ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਕਦਮ ਸਲਾਹ ॥

acharaj teree kudarat tere kadam salaah |

Your Creative Power is marvellous, and Your Lotus Feet are admirable.

ਗਨੀਵ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਿਫਤਿ ਸਚੇ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹ ॥੨॥

ganeev teree sifat sache paatisaah |2|

Your Praise is priceless, O True King. ||2||

ਨੀਧਰਿਆ ਧਰ ਪਨਹ ਖੁਦਾਇ ॥

needhariaa dhar panah khudaae |

God is the Support of the unsupported.

ਗਰੀਬ ਨਿਵਾਜੁ ਦਿਨੁ ਰੈਣਿ ਧਿਆਇ ॥੩॥

gareeb nivaaj din rain dhiaae |3|

Meditate day and night on the Cherisher of the meek and humble. ||3||

ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਖੁਦਿ ਖਸਮ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨ ॥

naanak kau khud khasam miharavaan |

God has been merciful to Nanak.

ਅਲਹੁ ਨ ਵਿਸਰੈ ਦਿਲ ਜੀਅ ਪਰਾਨ ॥੪॥੧੦॥

alahu na visarai dil jeea paraan |4|10|

May I never forget God; He is my heart, my soul, my breath of life. ||4||10||
