Third Mehl:

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸਦਾ ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗੁ ਹੈ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਉ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਇਆ ॥

guramukh sadaa har rang hai har kaa naau man bhaaeaa |

The Gurmukh is in love with the Lord forever. The Name of the Lord is pleasing to his mind.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਵੇਖਣੁ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਤ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥

guramukh vekhan bolanaa naam japat sukh paaeaa |

The Gurmukh beholds and speaks the Naam, the Name of the Lord; chanting the Naam, he finds peace.

ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸਿਆ ਤਿਮਰ ਅਗਿਆਨੁ ਅੰਧੇਰੁ ਚੁਕਾਇਆ ॥੨॥

naanak guramukh giaan pragaasiaa timar agiaan andher chukaaeaa |2|

O Nanak, the spiritual wisdom of the Gurmukh shines forth; the black darkness of ignorance is dispelled. ||2||
